The Holosun IRIS-4 switch enables remote activation of a tactical flashlight or another device equipped with a compatible connector. The housing with an integrated M1913 Picatinny rail mount is made from molded polymer as a single piece for increased durability. The switch features a low-profile design for convenient operation during tactical use.

The integrated mount allows the switch to be easily positioned as long as the platform has an available section of Picatinny rail. The mount is secured with two separate screws to distribute pressure evenly. Two 20 cm cables extend from the housing and terminate in Crane Laser plugs for connection to compatible devices.

The three-button control layout provides different functions. On the IRIS-4, pressing the round button forces activation of the flashlight regardless of the currently selected settings. The center button activates the infrared IR illumination components, while the button positioned furthest from the cable entry point activates the visible-light illumination components.
