1. Delivery area

We fulfil orders within the territory of Poland.
If you are interested in delivery to another country, please contact our support team before placing an order.

2. Delivery methods

The available delivery methods are indicated each time during order placement.
The range of available delivery options may depend on the type of product, its dimensions, availability and the delivery address.

3. Delivery costs

The delivery cost is shown to the Customer before the order is placed.
The total order price, including the price of the goods and the delivery cost, is visible before the final purchase confirmation.

If a free-delivery promotion applies in the Shop, its terms are indicated each time on the Shop page or in the basket.

4. Order fulfilment time

The order fulfilment time includes the time needed to prepare the order for dispatch and the carrier's delivery time.

Unless otherwise indicated for a given product, the order is fulfilled without undue delay after:

  • the payment has been credited - for orders paid for in advance, or
  • the order has been accepted for fulfilment - for payment methods available without prior payment.

The estimated delivery time is provided when the order is placed.
Unless the parties have agreed otherwise, the goods are delivered no later than 30 days after the contract is concluded.

5. Receiving the parcel

After receiving the parcel, we recommend checking its condition, in particular whether the packaging shows any signs of damage caused in transit.

If damage to the parcel is found, it is worth:

  • drawing up a damage report with the carrier, if possible,
  • taking photographic documentation,
  • contacting us without undue delay.

The above actions may make it easier and quicker to clarify the matter, but they do not exclude the Customer's rights under the law.

6. Responsibility for the parcel

Until the goods are delivered to the Consumer, the risk of accidental loss of or damage to the parcel is generally borne by the Seller.
An exception may apply where the Customer independently chooses a carrier outside the delivery methods offered by the Shop.

7. Products subject to additional restrictions

Some products available in the Shop may be subject to separate rules on sale, handover, collection or delivery resulting from applicable law, the nature of the product or safety requirements.

In such cases, the relevant information is provided in the product description, in the basket, during order placement or individually before the order is fulfilled.

8. Returns

A Consumer who has concluded a distance contract generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
This period is generally counted from the day the goods are received. A withdrawal statement may be submitted in accordance with the rules indicated in the Shop Terms and Conditions. The Consumer should then send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days after submitting the withdrawal statement.

Unless otherwise indicated in the Terms and Conditions or in the offer, the Consumer bears the direct costs of returning the goods.
In the event of a valid withdrawal from the contract, we refund all payments received, including the cost of delivering the goods up to the amount of the cheapest ordinary delivery method offered in the Shop. The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receipt of the withdrawal statement, subject to the possibility of withholding the refund until the goods have been received back or proof of their dispatch has been provided.

The right to withdraw from the contract does not apply in the cases provided for by law. Detailed information in this respect can be found in the Shop Terms and Conditions.

9. Complaints concerning goods and delivery

If the goods received do not conform to the contract, the Customer may submit a complaint.
The Seller is responsible for bringing the goods into conformity with the contract in accordance with applicable law. A complaint may be submitted using the contact details indicated in the Terms and Conditions or on the Contact page.

The Seller should respond to the complaint within 14 days after receiving it.
Costs associated with the complaint, including in particular the costs of transport, shipment, labour and materials, are borne by the Seller to the extent provided for by law.
