Self-heating meal - you do not need electricity, gas or a microwave to prepare a hot meal.

Sterilised product, made with 100% Polish meat.

No preservatives.

Ingredients: water, pork 27%, button mushrooms 11%, cream (from milk), buckwheat 5.7%, carrot 5.3%, bay bolete 3.5%, wheat flour, onion 1.4%, salt, rapeseed oil, dried garlic, black pepper.

May contain: celery, soya, mustard.

Nutrition per 100 g of product: energy 466 kJ/112 kcal; fat 6.0 g, of which saturates 2.7 g; carbohydrate 8.5 g, of which sugars 0.5 g; protein 5.4 g; salt 1.5 g.

Preparation:

1. Tear along the perforation.

2. Remove the top lid and take out the spike.

3. Open the inner lid by pulling the ring-pull.

4. Use the spike to firmly pierce every opening in the can. Press it down to the bottom of each opening.

5. Wait a moment and stir. Take care, as hot steam may escape from the openings.

6. Stir the contents of the can regularly. After 6 minutes the meal will be ready.

The set, under the plastic lid, includes salt, pepper and a moist wipe.

Storage conditions: keep in a dry place at a temperature between 1°C and 25°C. After opening, refrigerate. Consume within 24 hours. DO NOT FREEZE.
