Self-heating meal - you do not need electricity, gas or a microwave to prepare a hot meal.

Sterilised product.

No preservatives.

Ingredients: pork (32%), water, potatoes (16%), red sweet pepper (14%), pickled cucumbers 8% [cucumbers, brine (water, spirit vinegar 10%, sugar, salt, spices)], button mushrooms (5%), courgette (4%), dried onion (2%), tomato paste, wheat flour, glucose, salt, modified starch, dried parsley, dried garlic, spices.

May contain: soya, celery, mustard, milk (including lactose).

Nutrition per 100 g of product: energy 448 kJ/107 kcal; fat 4.3 g, of which saturates 1.6 g; carbohydrate 9.5 g, of which sugars 2.1 g; protein 7 g; salt 1.3 g.

Preparation:

1. Tear along the perforation.

2. Remove the plastic top lid, take out the spike and seasonings.

3. Use the metal spike to firmly pierce every opening in the can. Press it down to the bottom of each opening.

4. Open the inner lid by pulling the ring-pull.

5. Wait a moment and stir. Take care, as hot steam may escape from the openings.

6. Stir the contents of the can regularly. After 6 minutes the meal will be ready.

The set, under the plastic lid, includes salt, pepper and a moist wipe.

Storage conditions: keep in a dry place at room temperature; after opening, refrigerate and consume within 24 hours. DO NOT FREEZE.
